- /u/Fyodor-MD 7th May, 2024 - 06:11 youre basically looking to conduct a ransomware operation. take it from here. As someone who has been in multiple ransomware operations, it takes way more time and grind than you might imagine.

you will need at least the following phases for your case:
1-Recon (which youve already done to some extent)
2- spearphishing (your case)
3- Command and control + lateral movement
4- extortion and post extortion measures

and specialized people to fit into executing each phase (imagine negotiations take longer than imagined, need at least one person assigned to JUST this, there is a lot that goes into even the phases which may seem "straight forward") (keep in mind this is VERY over simplified). As far as i know LockBit has an affiliate program where you can pick the target etc, but you execute everything yourself.

Come back when youve done your research, and i wouldn't recommend targeting healthcare sector.
