Your talking about using a raid on a flash drive. I have had 3 drives die on me over the course of my vending career. Surprisingly that is really high but I do a ton of read and writes to my drives and honestly the first one was shit quality and the other two broke from physical damage. The loss of tracking info didn't really bother me since over my time of vending I think I maybe had a total of 50 requests for tracking that I really had to get tracking for them and this was not one of those times.

Using an encrypted volume like veracrypt is the smart choice. There is a reason there is an ongoing beta to get tails to work natively with tails... But yes go upvote this terrible opsec idea of using libreoffice...
