Feels like it's been a pretty well known issue for a while. I've never personally reported him, but I find it really hard to believe that he's been a well known scammer for years and never once been reported. Please don't take that the wrong way, I love dread and am so grateful for this forum. But I can't lie and say that I understand why he's been put up with for this long.
