Good rule of thumb is 5 legit transactions between refunds (size of legit transactions doesn't matter, can be $1), and 10 between disputes. Don't rely of disputes

If it was me, I'd order from vendors who sell what you want to sell. Pick the most established vendor who's stealth and service impressed you the most, and ask them if you can pay them to teach you how to run a similar operation.
