I made an xfer on 04/09 BTC - XMR using the same mirror I've been using for months without issue. I've been trying to get a hold of the listed jabber account with no reply and account is always offline. I tried reaching out here on dread, and was told I must have used a fishing link, and to contact via jabber, which I did already.
It's been 6 days and their jabber is always inactive, with no response to my DM's
I have all the addresses and UUID. and original txid for the transaction in question.
They are advertising on their main mirror, that they are close to opening the market soon.
I hope their support miraculously comes alive before then, or the entire project is SUS AS HELL!

/u/TZSKSKTZ I have PM'd you. Your BTC transaction still hasn't reached 1 confirmation as you sent a very low fee (6 sats) so it could take weeks or even months to confirm. You can easily resolve this by increasing the fee via RBF. As soon as 1 confirmation is received, your XMR will be immediately sent. Our terms clearly state that 1 confirmation is needed. This will be the same for all exchanges, not just us. Infinity Team

Please stop spreading FUD. There are hundreds of transactions going through Infinity every day without issue. No message has been received in Jabber and there has been support online every day. There's likely a timezone difference. I don't have access to the back-end to check transactions but send me transaction details and I'll raise this with an admin. Ensure you always get links from Dread, Daunt or Tor.Fish. Anywhere else is likely to be a phishing site. In that instance we can't help you.

Provide more information, you must understand that it is not enough for me to hear that you have made an exchange, do you suggest searching for it among hundreds of exchanges manually? The addresses that you sent to me were verified, and the exchanges associated with them did not receive transfers to deposit wallets. >I have all the addresses and UUID. and original txid for the transaction in question.
