If you have multiple accounts for multiple things on Dread for OpSec reasons, do not log into two accounts on the same Tor Identity

Now, some more markets and sites have this system, but most of them don't announce it openly.

Sounds fair. You could detect if one person is running multiple accounts but can you also detect if multiple persons are running a single account?
