It is likely the formatting of your key can no longer be parsed since we made upgrades to the PGP functionality, probably best for me to just get /u/Paris to check it out since he handled some of these already.
Edit: Yeah, your key expired in March... you need to use a new key everywhere, I can't believe you've continued to use it for so long. Yeah, expired keys are no longer available for use here.

I've removed the PGP key on the account. You can upload a new non-expired PGP key.
