How to encrypt a message using Tails?

Hey everyone. I've been struggling with working out how to use PGP encryption on Tails. Using it to generate keys to use in conjunction with 2FA has been super easy, but I can't work out how to use it in order to send encrypted messages using a vendor's PGP key. If anyone has any suggestions or links that explain how to do this easily, it would be much appreciated!

1. go to open text editor and write your message. 2. highlight your message and copy it to your clipboard. 3 click on `sign/encrypt clipboard with public keys`. 4, a list of keys comes up and click on the one you want to encrypt with. make sure its ticked as just because its highlighted blue doesnt mean you have selected it. 5. press ok and a message will come up if its not trusted. If you trust it say yes.6. Once you press yes the meassage will disappear. Your encryted message is copied to your clipboard at this point so just copy and paste it where you want. Hope this helps

Will do man. My next adventure is to have a go at the WHM, which only works with using PGP encryption, hence my need to get this shit down. Expanding both our minds & horizons while utilising optimum safety is key here. It certainly helps me sleep better at night : )
