So placed a order with about a week ago /u/Sportshack , he did respond saying he couldn't open address because of encryption, weird never happened again. To keep everyone's hopes up when he was online last he did ask for me to resend add, or if i wanted refund. Unfortunately i haven't heard back since he's been online. So...
My question is, if order is FE but system says "Your order will be canceled soon automatically because the vendor did not shipped it." can admin give refund? Any help is appreciated.

update after 2 mins, /u/Sportshack did respond and said order was shipped, it was literally 2 mins after i posted, told him about all the chatter on here as well
