so when the update came out this issue started even before updating, i had to restart like zillions time and then i updated but now again after update i'm unable to check network it just says network manager is not running contact the vendor? Until yesterday it was working absolutely fine.

Network Preferences is enabled in persistent volume? Turn that off. Reboot. Then reconfigure if you have to.
