No they are scams. Ask yourself why would someone sell me something if they could move the coins and keep the money themselves?

Check /d/jobs4crypto there is no such thing as free or easy money here. If you want to get into fraud it will take time and effort to learn how to properly do it. If you have skills in programming, or something else similar make a post and offer your services.
