background: i use marketplaces solely for making personal purchases. i've never sent anything out, nor do i distribute my packs to people once they arrive. i do make a decent number of orders - lets say 4-6 a month, sometimes less.

my 1 vendor operates with the most consistency. i order a pack - 2 to 3 days later it lands. i order express, it comes 2 days later without question with this past order, it was ordered wednesday, shipped thursday so i expected saturday at latest. when it didnt come i inquired and the vendor said it takes 2-3 days whatever whatever.

monday arrives. i wasnt even thinking about the pack. i went out on my porch to do some work though and i noticed a mailman was parked an alley about 200 feet from my place. i didnt think much of it, didnt think about it at all. i sat down to do my stuff and saw him walk back to his vehicle and then sit in his driver seat for at least 10 mi
