hi. i sent a vendor cash for monero but suffered a fire and lost my pc but not my tails drive and was able to get a new pc after 4-5 days, problem is vendor opened a ticket and support arbirtrated agsinst me after 24 hours without response. 4 days later when im set back up i instantly provided tracking but no answer from support or vendor. i checked tracking myself and the vendor received the cash 2 full days before contacting support. now i am not receiving responses from vendor or support after 2 days. ticket system and all other avenues for localmonero support not working or need JS and I dont have a good js-free email to email them with. any one have ideas other than keep waiting? would prefer not to

so because the trader could not correlate the amount of an open trade with an amount they received and i was not able to respond within 24 hours I am shit out of luck and they just get to keep my money? what the fuck kind of sense does that make. my apartment building burned down but much less could cause someone not to respond within 24hrs.

Yea i got u man, but there is nothing you can do, they give a certain time to close the trade if the seller/buyer does not answer. Localmonero support is not that great i almost got selective scammed twice, i was lucky i do everything right and i have everything on video, even with the tracking saying delivered they didnt want to help.

yeah, same. everything on video, tracking confirmed receipt, and they are one of the top traders on the whole site. just no response from anyone for days now. I totally understand their frustration with the logistics of me not responding immediatly but damn 24 hours is ridiculous to hinge someones money on even with my circumstances aside. if im alreadly likely burned im considering just opening another trade with them for the same amt considering they already have the cash and just giving them the same tracking.
