Market's should have a single central onion address to visit. That way it can be bookmarked. Onionbalance has distinct descriptors. There is basically no reason for any market admin to need to run many multiple mirrors and rotate them. It makes it more likely users will be phished and they will get DDOSED.

You mean the URL? They don't unless they are providing mirror-addresses--which are replicas. Be weary of address changes.
