Is there a way to unlock the iPhone 6 on 12.5.7 w/ an RSIM?
The phone isn't blacklisted, but most RSIMs seem to be well above IOS 12.

Not sure exactly how RSIMs work, but it seems possible: (WARNING -CLEARNET) https://idevicecentral.com/ios-downgrade/how-to-downgrade-ios-using-futurerestore-gui-and-saved-shsh2-blobs/ if that fails, you could try and backup your SHSH2 blobs (when on ios 12). upgrade to the desired version, unlock with the RSIM. then downgrade using futurerestore and the SHSH2 blobs you backed up Have a nice day!!

Appreciate your help! I have an older RSIM model in mind but was only for IOS 11. Most websites say the older models can't be flashed with newer IOS (nothing past IOS 12) Is that a true statement or just directed at normies who can't get a newer OS signed by Apple? I figure we could flash a newer blob and use the most current RSIM (they definitely lock it down like this because apple started using ESIMs only to prevent Sim swapping) Thanks again.

I was recommending backing up the blobs to allow you to return to ios 12 after upgrading and unlocking, as I was not sure if you wanted to stay on that version due to a jailbreak. to upgrade versions (might be wrong) I'm pretty sure you don't need a signed ipsw.
