Couple of questions about sending cash to monero traders on localmonero
1) Should one provide one's real return address? Seems like this takes away the anonymity of this method.
2) There doesn't seem to be any cash by mail traders in my country. Has anyone had success sending cash by mail to the USA from another country?

Cash by mail is akin to donating to charity, or paying tax. Cash will often be discovered before it gets to the end point, and if you give your return address you could be prosecuted in some jurisdictions. In less developes jurisdictions, they just pocket it at the post office if not at customs. Unless you conceal it well.

Cash by mail for Monero is pretty solid. I would encourage you to use your real return address unless you are only risking small amounts via the mail. As for trading cash by mail to the USA from a foreign country, I can imagine that a USA-based Monero vendor would not appreciate the long mail time vs. crypto currency fluctuation.
