There's a lot of stuff you need to learn before running a hidden service ,and openly you don't offer the objective why tor is being used , ANONYMITY Javascript is running Nor ddos protected ,what about how you have protected the site ( not much time to invest in that ) But if it's a site for legal stuff ,I would still recommend you learning how to host and manage a hidden service ,It's a long process Don't use the opensource forums ,Almost all of em requires javascript and bb ones ,phew they ain't modern and ain't good Trust me I have worked on running a forum ,and my final decision was to stick up with dread But sure try to run a forum which will compete ,so if something was happened to dread ,your forum will be the go to place So learn ,experiment and then trust your guts

Javascript makes it a hard sell for a lot of people. Could be a good blog though. Post it in /d/DNMCanada if you haven't already.
