when you download apps from flatpak can you verify them somehow once you download them or do you just put your faith in flathub??
Or this the best method or does optimal opsec suggest you should download from official websites and verify instead of third parties?

It is better to do it from your official site friend because when you download from third parties You run the risk of having your application account deleted because they will consider it pirated for downloading it from somewhere other than its official site.
