Please, if you already created a ticket just wait for the reply. Open posts or messaging us here won't speed up things, also your ticket was replied the other day. We require several bitcoin confirmations before your deposit is confirmed and if your deposit was detected by the system you do not need to do nothing, just wait until it has several confirmations, if you see it delays too much you always can increase the miner's fee so it will have a higher priority in the mempool.

on cake wallet/blockchain it says unconfirmed, is there any way to speed it up at this point? if not then i guess ill just have to wait right? as long as i havent lost my money ill be happy

Idk if cake wallet has replace by fee, but youll be fine if you just wait
Btc is slowwww and expensive (stayed pending once til i bumped fees about 4 times, costing about $40), and not private without the hassle of coin-mixers, just use Monero. Hopefully you get/got your funds.
very good to hear! unconfirmed btc can be scary af, rbf bumpin fees forevermore lol. your right there are instances that still require btc unfortunately, i make sure its clean-btc swapped from xmr.
