I have my coins in a offline wallet and think the best way would be to exchange for xmr then selling for cash on localmonero

Don't forget to clean it. Other than selling for cash, you can buy gold or electronics with crypto and sell that.

I think moving my coins from my offline wallet to a exchange without KYC to sell for xmr then sending it to my wallet on tails should be good?

Where? All those sites appear to be scams. Well, the onion sites anyway. Clearnet sites like Bitrefill, Coincards, GiftOff, Crypto.com will let you buy gift cards, but I've never seen a legit electronics site accepting crypto.

What I mean by cleaning your money is you need to show where that money came from. Because youre going no KYC, money is appearing out of nowhere. There's a few ways to do this, one example is going to the casino. Put all the cash into chips and slots, cash out.

Well, I'll be damned! Never noticed that option. Not exactly anonymous, but I suppose one could ship to a friend. Definitely clean funds&rotate wallet adresses without fail. /u/guac1bmf, looks like a plan: Bitrefill, Coincards, GiftOff, Crypto.com, and Newegg! Could easily go unnoticed burning a few thousand dollars a month. I'd probably favor the gift cards over Newegg, but a few purchases on Newegg should be okay. But even on gift card sites, I'd rotate email addresses and use virtual number to register - and of course clean funds and rotate wallet addresses.

I can't remember the one off the top of my head, but look through reddit. There's a clearnet site that sells electronics and other stuff, and they even take monero.
