Ok, so I'm well aware of how terrible telegram is in terms in opsec and if i could possibly avoid it I'd never use it.
The reason for this post is that there are certain more obscure items/materials available from individual tg vendors than can be obtained from regular dnms.
I'm thinking it could be possible to use tg in tor and delete the identity as soon as i can grab the vendors pgp/complete a transaction? Can this be done safely??
If anyone can send me to a post or help me out i greatly appreciate

Are you sure? Have you known ppl who've gotten shit from whoever before? Trust to send your money without escrow? I tried just to see if it was too good to be true. It was. Pack on the way. telegram does have legit vendors maybe not alot but there are some as for opsec tho it sucks best way i can think of using tg would be with graphene os and a non kyc simcard
