Can anyone recommend a RWC provider in the greater Brisbane area that is lenient or even dodgy?

I have an older vehicle with worn bushes and sway bar links that would prevent it from passing a strict roadworthy. Otherwise it's in good condition, been well taken care of. Mechanic says it won't fall apart... it just makes some mild noises. Unfortunately the parts to repair are near impossible to source and would be too expensive and time consuming. I'm selling it to a friend and need it gone ASAP, as I am soon leaving the country. But first I need the roadworthy.
