Like I swear all of them say bro very frequently and in places where it sounds almost patronizing? Idk it really might just be me and this is just how dn people talk

Formality in most cases but yes, frequent use of the word indicates you're being butchered. Have seen DEAR, BRO, BROTHA, LOVE, being thrown away in every other sentence during my pig butchering research.

A lot of it is maintaining a writing style different than irl, mate. Analysis is more difficult if the irl style is significantly different than the DN style.
