Convert your BTC to XMR, you shouldn't be using BTC anyways. simpleswap.io is simple and fast but some people consider clear net exchanges an OPSEC risk.
its already very easy to get xmr if you think its hard i dont think you have tried much to get some. i would not use btc anymore man for anything from any market
EDIT: Morphtoken now blocks all Tor exit nodes so cannot be used without a more complex setup with a residential IP after your Tor connection for example.
The better option, although I'd suggest elude for a first timer who explicitly is trying to avoid learning to use XMR.

Just use XMR, your BTC payments can always be traced, mixers don't work. I'd suggest using Elude to exchange your BTC for XMR. /d/elude
