what's the point of all that opsec setup ?

But I assume that it can only be used on the OS level. Lets say the CPU can record everything that happens on the OS. It still needs a way to transmit those records, which can't be done on Linux, as it is open source and verified to be safe? Again, I may be incorrect, so don't quote me.
