I just have a question. I got IP banned from a website (very small), how can I enter that site again? I tried using a free VPN but it seems like it allready know it is a vpn,
Would proxy do it?

Since seems like it's not for fraud or anything, just use your phone's mobile data. After you have airplane mode on for a few minutes you will get a new IP on the next reconnect.
