drop off a laptop at a location then run my rat on it then back at home on my other computer i can use it for my darkweb / hosting etc
i would obviously have a pin on the computer so nobody can just use it, im way to paranoid and feel like its stupid to host a hidden service at my home (especially when i could do this for free) and i dont want to use public wifi in public and get fucked over like other people have

Then you can't leave your computer, without shutting it down or by corrupting your session. The only guy knew to got busted for public wifi, were Ross Ulbricht because he formerly were suspected of darkweb acitivites after one of it's parcels were opened, and because of no USB leash, he left his computer unencrypted to the feds. its stupid to host a hidden service at my home You can buy with Monero, a VPS over Tor on njal.la's hidden service.
