Hello, after getting scammed multiple times online , i decided to finally take matters into my own hands and went to take some fresh cards out of purses at Target (took pics of them front+back). I managed to get an id with one credit card. Problem is, i dont know how to cash them out. I would preferably want it instantly in cash like prepaid visa or crypto so if anyone knows any websites that could work for that lmk. I tried it once on some shady csgo gambling site and it got declined, or rather it said 3d verification failed (i only tried one out of the 4 cards). i still have 3 left so what should i do ?
