Prymetyme Status Report

First off we again want to apologize to the community for our past week. We made a mistake, we anticipated shipments going out on a specific day so we marked orders as shipped. We ran out of product and our restock delivery was late, as a result we had to go to mexico to handle some payments and sign off on the product. This caused us to be dissconnected from the internet. This downtime created fear, anger, and uncertainty, customers that hadnt got their order in 3- 5 days took to dread and basically ran a campaign. In their defense they thought we were exit scamming, arrested or fucking dead, idk. This caused the market to react and block our account. The market did this for the customers protection and we respect that. Once we were able to get back online we addressed all messages, some people cannot be reasoned with. A lot of the community commented on our behalf and we want to thank each and everyone who has spoke up in our defense /u/atimoya , /u/mostlymsg1 ,

Thank you to all of the customers that are giving us the chance to make good. If you were affected by this delay we have sent you a private listing for a discount we will never have available again. if you didnt recieve your link send us a message and we will gladly provide. 95% of orders have either been refunded or shipped, the 5% unshipped are pending communication with buyer.

To the haters that made a small delay a huge fucking problem. I got nothing but love for you, keep it pushing, right fucking past us. If you havnt recieved your refund its because your a little bitch and wont respond to us when we send you messages. Whats that called blue or PURPLE. Anyhow we just want to get you what you want your money or product. Please send us a message.

We also want to point out that all customers from incognito has been made whole. or if they havnt recieved yet they will by end of this week. we took that loss.

If your are concerned that this is something that will happen again. Dont be. for 1. I doubt archetyp would unlock us again. 2. We dont believe the community would ever shop with us again. 3. We have a team in place to ship and respond on dread, 4.if we will be out of town we will mark our store to vacation mode.
